You’re curious about rocket yoga, a fast-paced yoga sequence that builds heat and confidence
You already practice power yoga and want to dig deeper with targeted drills and anatomical breakdowns of arm balances and inversions
You struggle with taking rest days: we’ll teach you how to recover smarter through myofascial release

A guided exploration of the rocket yoga sequence
Strength-building drills tailored to specific poses
Myofascial release and recovery exercises led by a certified massage therapist
When and where
This workshop runs Saturday October 25 at 10am to 12pm at the Calisthenics Centre in Kitchener, a fully-equipped calisthenics gym. This fun venue gives allows us to explore unique strength drills that build on the skills regularly taught in Alana’s rocket classes.
We’ll offer many variations of exercises and props so that you can find the level of challenge that feels right in your body.
