Who are we?
We’re movement instructors with a passion for making students feel welcomed, safe, and strong in their bodies. We partner to deliver classes on functional movement, restorative yoga, athletics-focused strength work, and more.

Classes and Workshops
Move with us
Free KO Yoga classes
Megan and Alana teach several free weekly classes through KO Yoga, a nonprofit bringing movement to the masses. Current weekly offerings include:
Sundays 7:30pm-8:30pm: Myofascial release and slow flow with Megan or Alana
Tuesdays: 12pm-1pm: Fun flow with Alana
Thursdays 7:30pm-8:45pm Restorative yoga with Megan or Alana

Workshops
Join Megan and local trainer Britt for Move and Mend - a workshop to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster. Includes a 45 min session focused on form and movement with personal trainer Britt, and a 45 min myofascial rolling recovery session with Megan. Join us May 10th 2-330 pm, $45 a ticket.
