Join us for a dynamic, hands-on yoga workshop that blends the energizing flow of Rocket Yoga with the science-backed benefits of active recovery. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just yoga-curious, this experience is designed to challenge, restore, and inspire.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’re curious about rocket yoga, a fast-paced yoga sequence that builds heat and confidence

  • You already practice power yoga and want to dig deeper with targeted drills and anatomical breakdowns of arm balances and inversions

  • You struggle with taking rest days: we’ll teach you how to recover smarter through myofascial release

What you’ll experience

  • A guided exploration of the rocket yoga sequence

  • Strength-building drills tailored to specific poses

  • Myofascial release and recovery exercises led by a certified massage therapist

All levels are welcome! The Calisthenics Centre’s unique setup gives participants the chance to explore strength drills that build on the skills regularly taught in Alana’s rocket classes. We’ll offer many variations of exercises so that you can find the level of challenge that feels right in your body.

Meet Your Instructors

Alana and Megan are award-winning instructors who create fun and inclusive spaces for movement.

Alana has practiced and taught rocket yoga for years, and Megan brings her anatomical expertise to both the strength and recovery portions of this workshop.
